Expanding NutrixBloom to Yokohama International School (June 29th)

On the 29th of June, 2025, we were able to work with students from YIS to teach them about the significance of the nutrients and the affordability of Kimbaps. Additionally, each individual had the first-hand experience to prepare and hand-roll their Kimbap. We are hoping that, with this knowledge, they will be able to impart their knowledge to others in their communities, encouraging basic, economical cooking techniques as well as nutritional awareness.
In addition to gaining useful skills, participants who actively participated in the cooking process developed a deeper comprehension of how to prepare balanced, reasonably priced meals with readily available ingredients. Our ongoing goal is to empower people to become educators and advocates for sustainable food and healthy eating in their own communities, and this session is part of that effort.
